He earned his Ph.D. in Business in 2023 from Universiti Malaya-Wales, where his research explored psychological factors influencing health protective behavior among private healthcare consumers and the mediating role of consumer innovativeness, integrating behavioral science with health and marketing. His academic foundation also includes an MBA in Marketing from Olympia College Kuala Lumpur (2004) and a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management from Stamford College, Petaling Jaya (2001). Professionally, Dr. Jack has served as Marketing Manager in leading organizations such as Sentosa Specialist Hospital Klang, Tung Shin Hospital, Columbia Leisure Group, AmBank, and CIMB Bank, where he specialized in marketing management, digital innovation, and strategic leadership.
